End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Beeble grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Beeble mobile application on your personal devices solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws

The App and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of Beeble and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

Beeble may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. You agree that such updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. Beeble reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.

Certain features of the App may require a subscription. Subscription terms are governed by our Terms of Use and the applicable app store's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BEEBLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BEEBLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the App from your devices. Beeble may terminate this Agreement if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beeble operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
