Terms of Use

By accessing and using Beeble ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the App.

Beeble is a mobile application designed to help beekeepers manage their apiaries, track hive inspections, monitor bee health, record harvests, and maintain comprehensive beekeeping records. The service includes both free and premium subscription features.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Subscription Terms

Beeble Pro is available as auto-renewable subscriptions with tiered pricing based on the number of apiaries (samhällen) you manage:

• Small Plan: $3.99 per month for 3-6 apiaries
• Medium Plan: $7.99 per month for 7-12 apiaries
• Large Plan: $11.99 per month for unlimited apiaries

Subscription Features

Beeble Pro plans include:

• Expanded apiary (samhälle) management capabilities
• Advanced health monitoring and analytics
• Cloud backup and synchronization
• Export capabilities for reports and data
• Priority customer support
• Access to premium templates and features

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings.

Payment and Billing

Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription charges will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless auto-renewal is disabled.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the operation of the App
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others

You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the App, including beekeeping records, photos, notes, and other information. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for backing up your data and agree that we are not liable for any loss of data, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain your information.

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Beeble and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable beekeeping tools, we make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information or recommendations provided by the App.

Beekeeping Advice: The App provides general beekeeping guidance and tools. Always consult with experienced beekeepers, local beekeeping associations, or agricultural extension services for advice specific to your situation and location.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beeble operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
